There isn't a right or wrong answer - you have to do what fits with the information you want to add. If you can put it in the box - use the box - if you can't put it on an additional sheet. If you're not sure the box is right - put it on an additional sheet. Whatever method you use - just make sure that it is clearly marked what it is.
