is it worth doing this?, asking for an MR then appeal

two would be savings rules, ie we'll assume you make 20% interest on any savings over £6000

then there's also managed migrated claimants having to go through the work capability assessment, the DWP wrote to me over 20 years ago to say I didn't need to get sick notes any more, then gave me lifetime DLA because of non-changing conditions, now it seems they get to pretend they haven't done that, I've just been on WTC with disability component which they don't just hand out to anyone, I got that because I was on DLA

would doing this delay my claim? UC seems more like a complex trap than a safety net at the moment, one of those claw machine games at the fair

challenging rules based on false premesis via a MR/appeal would be handy but if it can't be done... cling on for a labour government I suppose
