I have not received my pa4 report for pip telephone assessment it’s been 16 days now what shall I do plz help thank u

Hi K,

If you ring the PIP helpline and tell them that you haven't yet received it, I'm sure they'll have no trouble in sending you another one out. It could be once again down to the Royal Mail delays.
