You will need to speak to your workcoach and your conditionality.
There are 4 conditionality groups:
* Group 1. No work related requirements * Group 2. Work-focused interview requirement * Group 3. Work preparation requirement * Group 4. All work-related requirements
I would still recommend handing in a fit note until your workcoach tells you to stop, I would still make sure your fit notes are up to date even if your workcoach does not want any more until your appeal.
