PiP review return date. was created by Poollie1
My daughter received a txt msg on 28th September saying Pip review was due and the form would be sent and to be returned by 28th October. If you don’t receive the form In 14days phone Dwp. She didn’t receive the form so a new one was to be sent and a new return date by 9th November. The original form arrived 2 days later with return by date of 28th October. Started to fill form in and was gonna send it back by 28th October until a letter arrived saying review form had to be back by 24th November. Then last weekend the second review form came saying to return by 12th November. Now started to fill in second review form but what date do we trust to have it back by. 12th or 24th November? Any help appreciated.

Hi Poollie1,

I'd say the later one if it's got that written on the paperwork - just make sure that this is the paperwork that you write on. It'll give you that extra bit time to ensure that you are happy with what you've wrote. It's also advisable for peace of mind to send recorded delivery.

Hi Poollie,

I've just re-read this - I don't know why you'd get a letter with a later date, but I'd follow the form date. Usually when you need an extension, it's 2 weeks extra they give you which from 28th October will be 12th November, but make sure you tell them that you were confused by the letter dated 24th, and send them a copy too.

Regards, Chris.
