First telephone asses was cancelled back in August, but i waited 3 hours no body bothered telling me. 5 months pass now Im awaiting another one this monday, and yet im months of retiring. No change in my conditions since 2016. Waste of resources.
I'm afraid you are not alone in this happening. Quite a few members have reported the same thing happening. Much of this would be automated, so I don't think it's set up to think that you are close to retirement, so there's little point in assessing again.
