Hello, I am new here not too sure how the website works, but I need some help.
I am on a long term sickness I receive PIP and UC I have been in maternity during this period, and I got from sickness to my maternity after I got my accrued holiday and now I supposed to receive my holiday pay in one go , not too sure how would it work with UC and what should I do ? Are they going to stop my UC because after this one month; in which I will be getting my paid holiday I won't received nothing as I will carry on with sick note as my health condition it's not yet to the point where I can return to work ? Plus the amount isn't that small. But will only cover my debt.

This will likely be treated as surplus income, see the following which goes some way to explaining what might happen.

The money will still count as income even if you subsequently use it to pay off your debts.
