I can see many others are in same position as my son he has severe learning difficulties and mental problems and get Pip and ESA Support group but only sees his GP so no contact with a specialist does that rule us out?
As we understand it, a person does not have to be seeing a specialist at the current time, but their condition has to have been confirmed by a specialist - which I assume will have happened to your son at some point.
