Benefits lost when family member moves in with me

I currently live alone with my son and daughter helping with my care. I’m highest level PIP and am in support group ESA. MY son is having to move and instead of him renting elsewhere I’m exploring ins and outs of him moving into my spare bedroom (2bed council house), I pay £50ish a month for extra bedroom.
Does anyone know the way around this quagmire, what I would loose benefit wise. It’s all so confusing.
