LCWRA and PIP was created by PG
Hi I’ve just been awarded LCWRA at my tribunal awarding me 24 points for mobility compared to 6 points from my DWP interview and MR. I found the tribunal was the first time I had been listened to, they were very understanding and sympathetic
Subscribing to this site was a great help.
I am now waiting for my PIP MR in 2 weeks as they lost my paperwork for 8 months.
Do you think it would be worth sending in
my tribunal decision letter to the PIP MR.
Also will I be entitled to my LCWRA being back dated as it’s been 14 months since I first applied. Thank you Peter.

Hi PG

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum.

Yes, I would send in a copy of your LCWRA tribunal decision to your PIP MR, remember the criteria are different.

Your award for LCWRA should be backdated to the date when your assessment phase ended, which is 13 weeks from when you gave your workcoach your fit note.
