Supplementary report pip was created by Cin
Hi just rang the pip number here in Northern Ireland to ask for copy of report.
The person said that they have asked capita to write to GP and ask for supplementary report ? Does anyone know what this means are entities please

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum.

I would assume that Capita has been asked to contact your doctor for a summary of your health and how your conditions affect you. If you rarely see your doctor then asking for a summary may not help you with your claim.
