Hello Miles,
You should be sent the 'light touch' review form after the 31st October this year. You do not need to do anything now, but if it passes that date you might wish to contact the DWP and just ask whether or not you will be receiving one. In the meantime I would simply advise you keep a copy of any evidence which you might wish to include with your form to show that things have not got better in the last 10 years.
