Hi Softie G

You do not need a solicitor, you need to speak to your local Welfare Rights Organisation, click on my link in my previous post.

Hi MariW

If you read Softie G post she informs that she is in receipt of Tax Credits.

I see. It's terribly confusing. Sending Softie G a hug.

Hi sofie G

You need to have a discussion with your workcoach, if you are unable to come to an agreement, escalate it to the workcoach line manager.

I would seek advise from your local Welfare Rights Organisation for advice; advicelocal.uk

Thank you for your advice Gary, I am trying to find a local advisory service but I really wish i had never started this migration it is all so confusing and stressful i feel i would have better just loosing the child tax credit and continuing with the contribution based ESA. The UC staff in fairness to them have been put into a situation where they are dealing with complicated claimants whose situations they have not had specialist training in to deal with, I have been shocked at the lack of understanding and sensitivity of one employee.
Would anyone know if I cancel the UC situation whether I would still get my contribution based ESA and PIP or is it too late now!
