I am the appointee for my nephew who is in receipt of UC and in LCWRA group for mental health and substance abuse issues.
He is currently remanded in custody pending trial.
UC have informed me that his claim has been closed.
What now happens when he is released from custody? Will I have to start a fresh claim for him? If so, since he is in LCWRA, will he now have to go through the WCA again?
Can anyone answer or point me to the relevant regulations on this matter?
