Managing toilet needs was created by poppylouise32

On the PIP form question 5

answer b-. is using an aid (which can be a sponge on a long handle).2 points

answer f- is requiring assistance 8 points.

There is an expensive toilet that the council will fit called a Closomat toilet. This toilet not only washes but drys to, and is flushed by moving your elbow backwards to either side of the toilet.

The question is would that be aid or assistance?

The specialist toilet is an aid. Make sure that you put in that it is a specialist toilet because the person reading it, may not have come across it.
