I have helped claimants in the past both claim both PIP and carers allowance, one partner could not read or write, his partner had to draw pictures on how to use a cash machine, he was a very good digger driver, the other partner was totally reliant on her partner to get her dressed, washed , pushed around in a wheelchair.
