Is money from error of arrears of sdp over 5K which was received whilst on income related ESA and Housing Benefit, carried forward and still DISREGARDED when you get a migration letter to to UC?
I haven't been able to find anything online about this.
You ask a very interesting question, personally I would say yes, but we would advise you to contact UC helpline 0800 328 5644 and ask, when you find out let us know.
