If someone in the family claims ESA both CB & IR, along with rent rebate, do you both have to fill in a separate UC form online?

I understand from reading the guides that they will be coming for us in September?

Hi Bud

Yes, as a couple, you will both have to make a claim for UC separately which is then joined.

Do not claim until you receive your transitional letter, and then get the timing correct. We would advise you to seek help from your local Welfare Rights organisation; advicelocal.uk
