how long does a decision take roughly after telephone assesment for pip mandatory reconsideration?

Also does the dwp decision maker have access to my medical info as i have being receiving pip for years. It was up for a review and had a telephone assessment as was late returning the pip review form

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. Have you submitted an MR and are waiting for a reply? It usually takes between 6 - 8 weeks - (occasionally shorter and sometimes longer).

Decision-makers do have access to information, but more often than not they follow the recommendations of the health professional who carried out the original assessment. They won't trawl through past records.
