They did this to me too in regard to completely ignoring my anxiety and depression. Only because i was SO relieved to have got any kind of award i just left it and didn't have the stomach to go in with an MR of which i am quite sure with the amount of evidence i could have shown, I would have won. Still, bring on review time ASAP. Best of luck with your case.
