I have had a monthly increase for limited capacity for WRA but it has not been back dated. Could the back dating me to do with my savings being over the 6000 amount or should it be backdated despite this ? My dr cert goes back over 3months ago.
We cannot answer your question as we do not have all the facts.
Your UC will be affected with savings over £6k (tariff income)
If as you stated your Dr medical certificate goes back over 3 months then I would guess that you were in the assessment phase (13 weeks) and therefore you would not get a back dated payment.
LCWRA payments usually start at the end of the assment period following the assessment phase.
