Hi Coruro,
Thank you for the update. Firstly, stories like yours help encourage others to continue the 'fight'. Secondly, it brings a big warm smile to the faces of all the Mods to know that we have made a real difference!
Well done for sticking with it.

Thank you everyone for your help, I checked online today after having a text on the 15th (yes it's taken me this long to realise I can check online!) and they have awarded me Enhanced for both by way of a paper hearing.

However the Tribunal have given a different end date was April 2025 and they have said June 2026

I recently had an assessment in Dec 2024 and no surprise they came back just over a week ago with the award and said it would be the same as my last award standard both (which has now changed to enhanced both by tribunal) and they said there was no evidence of change.

i'm really confused as to what I do now? do I have to MR it again? as a 'new assessment' and 'award' has taken place.

In the 'new award' from recent assessment it says that My current award ends on April 28th, 2025, but the new award doesn't start until May 29th, 2025.

I didn't ask for a new assessment this was part of the renewal.

Hi Coruro

I would contact DWP just to put your mind at ease, it should be Tribunal end date that takes precedence, and also the start date for any back date award.
