If I receive a legacy benefit if someone claims carers allowance for me does that constitute a change of circumstances and will I loose transitional guarantee and have to move to universal credits from employment support allowance

I am struggling with your post, I think what you are asking if someone claims carers allowance for caring for you, will you loose transitional protection.

The short answer is no, someone claiming carers allowance for caring for you does not constitute a change of circumstances, unless it's a new partner moving in.
