Thanks David, so I'm basically a guinea pig! That's great.

With regards to them continuing to pay me when it doesn't seem they should, I'm assuming I should just keep that money aside for if/when they ask for it back? Any idea how much time they can take to realise and ask for it back?

Hi Gracie89,

Yes I would advise you to keep any overpayment to one side. There are lots of stories of the DWP out of the blue demanding a repayment of an alleged overpayment made 3 or more years ago.
