Hi, husband was on ESA, had assessment and awarded zero points. Went to tribunal who awarded 15 points (unable to work now or in future).This was 1 week ago but not heard anything from DWP. What happens now? Just to note, have received today the decision document from the tribunal., they have also recommended a review in 24 months.
Usually you end up with a backdated lump sum paid into your bank, before you receive the confirmation of this - then they'll write you a letter telling you what you'll be paid every 4 weeks.
