UC - letter of confirmation of award - none received was created by Kaitlin399
I'm used to having letters received relating to PIP. For a new UC claim no outcome letter has been received. Is this normal or has it got lost in the post? It's been a week. The award info is on the Journal but it isn't down loadable and i am not connected to a printer. I was wanting a letter to arrange a free NHS eye test. Is that what you do? Or do I have to apply for a voucher? Its for my daughter. Thanks

I think you would be best advised to ask the optician what proof of Benefits they require.
