At what point in the process would we be told if we’re required to have a WCA as part of ESA (Support group) to UC migration?
I got my migration letter and am doing UC50 form at the moment (deadline 6 March) and I’m praying not to have to do a WCA.
Also - I want to start gathering supporting evidence for how i meet the descriptors in case I have a WCA. What are the best types of evidence to get? I have a supportive GP.
When you apply for UC you should migrate straight over to LCWRA element of UC providing there is no break in your ESA claim.
What sometimes happens when you migrate over, DWP will send you a WCA review form, they can send these at any time, you will still continue to be paid LCWRA element until a new decision has been made.
