Hi Everybody. I hope that this question hasn't been asked and answered already. I live in England with DLA Higher in both descriptors and an indefinite award. I have an income-related ESA in the support group. I also get extra money because I am severely disabled and extra money because of the Disability Income Guarantee. I will be moving to Scotland soon. Will moving affect my benefits, and in what way? Thank you in advance.
It seems that the Scottish Parliament is hoping to move everyone on DLA over ADP by August this year. You can find details on the Scottish government site. www.parliament.scot/~/media/committ/9319...ansferred%20to%20ADP).. I believe that currently your ESA will stay the same.
