PIP Appeal - can I trust that all previous evidence will reach the tribunal

I am supporting a friend with her PIP appeal to tribunal. We have been round this loop together (successfully) 4 years ago. With the benefit of that experience, when I drafted the request for an MR I went into lot of detail about the grounds for that appeal and the areas of disagreement with the DWP decision, both in general and specifically in relation to disputed descriptors. We also enclosed compelling recent medical evidence - admittedly to no avail!

In considering the grounds for appeal section of the SSCS1 form now, the short answer is that these are all as set out in detail in the MR application form, and the medical evidence we wish to be considered is all there too. If I say something to that effect - more politely and probably highlighting some key points - can I be absolutely sure the Tribunal members will receive all the previously submitted paperwork - and in good time? If not, I am prepared to copy it all and resubmit it.
Your advice will be much appreciated, thank you.

Hi Lorrainep

You cannot guarantee that the Tribunal will receive all the supporting documents you sent in.

Whenever I complete a CRMR1 form and get the same knock back, I will copy and paste the same layout on to the SSCS1 form, including medical evidence that was sent in.

Thank you, Gary. That's the safest option.
