Sign PIP for someone else was created by Ripley79
I need to sign the PIP declaration for my brother as he won't touch the form (OCD and germphobia). Do I sign his name in this section, or my own name? It doesn't make it clear.

I have answered your other post on this. There are two points on the beginning of the form - one for him and one for you if you filled out the form.
