ASD, Complex PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Severe Anxiety Disorder

Hi, I have official diagnosis’s mentioned in the title, I have been in lots of therapies most of my life, I am medicated on Sertraline, Quetiapine, Propranolol and Diazepam, I was a victim of really severe child abuse of types. One incident for example was my dog being stabbed/murdered in front of me as I slept outside in his kennel a lot, I was nine years old, two days later I touched the electric railway with an iron bar and hospitalised for 2 months, I am just struggling with how to word an answer. Writing this is easy because I know what I am asking, I struggle and get overwhelmed with what I am supposed to put. I procrastinate, I am on an extension of the deadline, I haven’t slept in my bed for near 4 years and instead sleep with my dogs downstairs, I am a single parent, live in the countryside away from people. Have been under the mental health crisis team for years.
