I would say, just keep it simple and get straight to the point. What your complaint is about, and what solution you think they should've resorted to.

ITs not that simple though, because the amount of inaccuracies, are way more than the accuracies. I dont think I should leave things any of them out.

Hi Zenzen,
I hear you - mine was exactly the same and took me several days explaining their errors and even writing "how did the assessor come up with this?" and a lot of responses were "the assessors make correct assumptions based on their knowledge" - I found out my assessor was a 22 year old trainee nurse - so clearly even the MR's you get lied to - this is why so many people take their cases to the courts.

God, I dread to think what the protests will be like, and maybe riots if labour take away our PIP payments.
