You can arrange for someone else like your mother or a friend to attend the Jobcentre with your ID. You can tell the Work Coach in a Journal Message that you would like to do that and you are giving your mother " explicit consent " to provide your ID.
Let me know how you get on.

My mother is very old and frail. She is not physically well enough to attend on my behalf, and there is nobody else. I don't have anyone who can help me. I do not believe DWP has insufficient info about me to do a biographical test via telephone.
You can send a Journal Message to the Work Coach requesting them to to what is known as a Biographical Check with your GP or other person in authority to verify your ID.
Let me know how you get on. David
