Hi,
I sent a letter of complaint about the health assessor, haven't recieved anything back from them yet,
I also sent a copy of it to my mandatory reconsideration.
I also sent in a good letter from my doctors. `
When the case manger said they applied for the MR for me, they said, they sent a note to the decision maker, to wait till I upload the the relevant information, before they look at it.
now the the letters have been sent, after 1 day, they came back and said I'm fit for work, when I'm not,
Now I have to do a appeal, how do I go about this?
Regards

Hi ZenZen

I'm sorry to hear about your unsuccessful MR. Do you understand why they think you are fit for work?

The process of how to appeal is in the guide ESA and UC mandatory reconsiderations and appeals - benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/esa. It walks you through the process bit by bit.
