With all this news about welfare in the Spring Budget I am very worried that I am going to worst off especially changing from ESA Support Group to UC as the Health Element is being cut for New Claiments which I will be this year, but I have not received my migration letter yet, how long does the DWP have to migrate me over.

Hi dpeplow

The new LCWRA rate is for new UC claims from April 2026. You should have been migrated by then and anyway you would be covered by Transitional Protection.
