Health condition

I have not heard or seen anything about the list of health conditions that the government want to exclude from eligibility. Does anyone know if the government mentioned a list if health conditions at the budget that they want to exclude from eligibility. Thus is worrying as I suffer from complex regional pain syndrome and I think it is one of the conditions they want to exclude. Thank you
