Hello, so I have finally got my notice to migrate from ESA to UC . I am married , get Income related ESA SUPPORT GROUP ALSO GET FULL PIP for both components Had a letter some years ago telling that they will not ask me to attend anymore medical assessments unless my health changes ( it hasn’t)
QUESTION…When I fill in the migration thing will they make me go to the Job Centre for any reason? Or will it just be a straight swap over? I have terrible mobility problems and hardly ever leave home. Thanks in advance
As you are in the ESA Support Group they cannot force you to attend the Jobcentre. Your new UC claim should be completed either by a mixture of digital and phone means or by a DWP Visiting Officer coming to gather the information at your home.
