When the time comes to be called up
for a WCA will it be an ESA50 or a UC50 form they send out?
Thanks Rik

Hi rik

For UC it will be a UC50. But it will be the same WCA for UC and New Style ESA.

So potentially at some future date I could get a UC50 from universal credit as they pay the LCWRA element and a ESA50 as they pay the new style ESA payment dropping through the letter box on the same day?
Thanks

Hi rik

Not if the government get their way with the new proposals and you only get a disability payment with the new tougher PIP assessment.

Thanks David

Another thing that has been confusing me since recieving the P60U and finding out i've been on CB ESA since 2012

when I transferred over from incapicity benefit to ESA they put me in the WRAG and I stayed their for 7 years

why didn't they stop my money after 12 months which is the norm for anybody in receipt of CB ESA

Thanks
Rik

Hi rik

Because you went from incapacity benefit to ESA you came under the old regulations.
