ESA LCWRA Support Group to UC Migration was created by Jasmine3234
Hi

Sorry for yet another migration question.

Instead of listing every health condition and the date it started / became unable to work (because with me some are different dates, ie. I tried to keep working, but then became impossible). Should I give the date diagnosed or date I started claiming ESA?

OR, would it be possible to just type in one box that I am receiving LCWRA ESA, am in the Support Group and I receive extra for Severe Disability and also have the Disability Income Guarantee?

Also, where do I put that I receive Industrial Injuries Benefit (which gets taken off my ESA) plus PIP enhanced for both mobility and care. So far the form just says do you get other benefits yes or no.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Jasmine3234

If you are in the Support Group you don't need to give the DWP any information about your health issues for the purpose of Managed Migration. It is sufficient to just state that you are in the Support Group. This is because a WCA medical has found you have limited capability for work and work related activities. It is not for UC Migration staff or Work Coaches to attempt to question this.
As far as IIB payments that should be collated in the other Benefits/Income part of the form.
