A contract of employment that protects the rights of the employed worker is at the heart of the matter.
Health insurance integrated into the contract and holiday pay.
Understanding legal legislation that protects employed people with health conditions.
Many self employed people work with no contractual protection and consequentially no job security.
Employment law needs to be strengthened in the U.K.

I thought that the WCA was wavered when the claimant is in receipt of PIP. Wrong or right?
Now I'm being told that a WCA is needed. Form in the post.

Hi Egalitarian_Rights_Forum
You are incorrect, you have to be in the support group of ESA, if you are not then when you claim WCA you are placed in the assessment phase.

I would just go to your appointment. We all have to do it. Just providing a sick note does not exclude anyone . Can i also ask you to refrain sprouting your opinions about employment.
Thank you
