Hi

Unfortunately not. Unless you are a carer you will need to provide Fit Notes or the Work Coach will start discussing employment options with you.

An appointment with a work coach has been scheduled for a month time.

I'm submitting sick notes surely this should exempt me from seeing a work coach.

If I don't comply with this work coach meeting I'm already being threatened with sanctions.

No I don't receive carers allowance.

I think this is an issue about compassionate and empathic employment law and rights for people who have health conditions that may affect their ability to do work. All workers deserve to be protected.

The problem is that many employers don't recognise the words compassion and empathy.

The nature of work, money and making a profit being too aggressive and not integrated into employment law.

Bullying and stress in the workplace cause ill health.
