As the PIP review form changed or am I imagining it?
I'm sure it used to ask if anythings changed & I would say no change but still explain in box provided how my difficuties etc very small boxes & not room to write very much. I thought I completed an AR1 form this says PIP 1043.

I have requested a copy of my previous review from PIP today as I'm having problems locating all that form. It also says not to enclose a GP letter, when I have spoken to my GP & she wants to compile a letter for me.

My confusion seems relentless..

Hi tillyboo

We have heard from a number of members who have told us that they have received PIP letter informing them not to enclose a GP letter, my advise is to ignore the request, if you have a very supporting Dr then include their letter as they will know how your condition affects you.

Use extra pages to explain yourself, make sure you number the pages .. page 3 of 7 and write your name and NINO on each page.
