I have been told via UC journal messages. Someone from Belfast said they only deal with IRESA to sort the transitional protection to send to UC to update my UC claim with correct amount of transitional protection, they dont have access to my CONT ESA, which I didnt know I had, their advice, ring ESA when they're conpiling my claim from ESA. I must have over 200 pieces of DWP paper work &; only IR ESA is mentiined. UC comment, they only deal with UC payments advised from ESA. Any New Style ESA payments will be deducted from my UC monthly claim. Though how I will know if the payment is correct will be impossible. IE the £281.10 I recieved from ESA this morning is paid every 2 wks ( (£140.55 pw) that £140.55 as to x by 52 & ÷ by 12 to give a UC deduction of £609.05 & not £281.10 x 2 = £562.20. I havent worked that out, another benefit site did. So I am totally confused, sick literally vomitting with stress, been in bed since yesterday, cant eat or sleep. Its a relentless nightmare. They last time I rung ESA I was on hold for 1 hr & 50 mins so I'm not doing that. Can I make a complaint on the UC to get soneone to contact me & explain whats going on & why I'm being put through this? I havent even started on the PIP review, my support worker wanted to arrange a date & I said sorry I simply cant do it, I'm beaten. What I've gone through & still going through since March cannot be normal. I have contacted my MP who emailed the DWP yesterday. So I had the MP send me an apology from the DWP yesterday over the ID confusion, I then recieved this ESA98 in the post giving CONT ESA = New Style ESA work coach & job centre visits our your illness affects you & I must commit to claimant commitments & on the other side of letter is IRESA transferring to UC. I've had enough mentally & physically incapable of doing anymore.
