Hi David,
The person from the JobCentre who phoned about New Style ESA claimant commitment this afternoon didn't need me to make a commitment after all ! The letters were simply standard ! She said she waived the commitment for my son and she had marked the commitments as "completed" by 'agent' ! She was really helpful too, just wanted to know if I had any questions.
And the statement came through too with all the figures correct as the person on the Citizens Advice Help to Claim had written in their email after I'd gone through the form with them back in September.
So very big relief here today

Hi Anneb
That is good news after your concerns about it.
Hope you can sleep more easily now - as it's one thing that is settled.

Hi Bis,
Yes, that's all settled now.
Please let David know that the person from the JobCentre waived the Claimant commitment. After the number of times David told me they should waive it but letters said otherwise, he will be pleased too !
