Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me please? My 16 year old daughter was diagnosed with chronic migraines a few years ago which affected her school attendance and she is now in college and has already missed lessons. She has just been diagnosed with severe anxiety also although that’s been going on for a few years. Would I be successful if I apply for her and with her migraines being diagnosed a while ago would I be back dated at all? Thanks so much.

In general the answer would be no. Are you trying to claim for a period before her 16th birthday?
