Question about dla appeal was created by Jox
I have just finished writing my appeal letter to send back to the dwp stating all the reasons i disagree with the decision etc.

will this letter be sent to the tribunal? or will i need to sent another letter with further imformation to the tribunal seperatly? this is on behalf of a friend who will be doing a written appeal not an oral hearing.

If the appeal has been submitted recently, the letter should be sent to the DWP who will include it in the appeal submission bundle, which they will send to the tribunal.

The Tribunal Service will have received the submission when a pre-hearing form TAS1 is sent to the appellant. If this form has been returned, in these circumstances the letter should be sent to both the DWP and the Tribunals Service

You should send copies not originals.
