when you are moved from IB to ESA if you are in recipt of High DLA rate care & High rate Motabilty for indef do you have to have a medical to get into support or do you just go straight in. If you have to have a medical can those alwful doctors and DWP if they do not agree with support also get your DLA reassesed.

Being in receipt of any rate of DLA is irrelevany when it comes to migration from IB to ESA.
Most likely you will have an ESA medical called a Work Focussed Asesment which will decide wether you can receive ESA or not, then further bits decide if you go into the Work Related Assistance Group or the Support Group.
Unless your DLA is due for renewal about the sametime or unless there are any glaring ommissions, then it is doubtful the WCA would be used to reassess your DLA but nothing is certain sad to say.
