IB Tribunal Win - Still no money was created by dawn
I won my tribunal on 6th October 2010. Despite several calls to DWP, I have yet to have any correspondance from them to confirm the tribunal descision, never mind any money!
Is anyone else having similar problems?
They must owe me over £3000, and I have had no benefit since feb!

Hi Dawn
I don't know if it is true, but I heard it can speed the process up if you send JCP a copy of the decision notice.
Have they at least acknowledged the tribunal's decision?

Hi Dawn,
I had a tribunal 7th June and had to wait until August for the backdated money. DWP said they had not received the tribunal notice, tribunal service said they had sent a copy the same time as mine, which surprise, surprise I recieived 2 days after the tribunal. It was only after 8 weeks of this that I mentioned visiting my MP the next week and the money suddenly appeared in my bank account. So don't worry that you have not received it yet but I would get on their case quicker than I did especially as you have not had any benefit since Feb.
Good luck and well done on your tribunal win.
Sue

I have had similar problems.
DWP say they don't have the info from the Tribunals service, one minute and somehow find the information later the same day.
The following week I call again, and they say the information hasn't been received again........and on it goes! My husband has suggested I contacted my MP. However I completed a form yesterday to say I didn't claim any other benefits and I should have the arrears within ten days........
I'm thinking I'll wait ten days and then start chasing them again!
ah well, maybe it'll arrive by xmas.....

The money needs chasing but as regards the delay in issuing the decision. It doesn't surprise me because the service is overwhelmed presently in particular with IB/ESA appeals. Keep at them for the money
