Does anyone know if it is possible to track down hospital medical records after some twenty years or whether a GP would still have copies on file?
The only details from the hospital your doctor will have will be letters from the doctors at the hospital wrote after you went to see them, or letters wrote after you where discharged from any stays in hospital... he wont even have details of all tests carried out at hospital unless copies of tests where recorded in letters to your GP not all tests carried out at hospital are reported to your gp
