Hi All,

If you have had some success, some of us do, as I recently have on 18th Oct, received letter confirming 20th, do send a copy of the decision right away.

It has been taking up to 12 weeks for the DWP to get the info. I 'phoned the DWP today and was surprised they had been informed today. The guy who told me couldn't believe it as my letter hasn't got there yet! 10 days in the DWP system! Anyway the guy said they would be sending me the back payments and to send one more sick note from tomorrow 5th November, to cover me and that is that.

Just some info for you all but do stick with the appeal as they are independent of Atos and the DWP. Give some good evidence as I did and you should be OK as it worked for me. Thanks again to this website.
